Terms of Service

 

When placing an order with Reeba Rose, you are accepting the below terms and conditions.

  • All Goods will only be printed and dispatched once the final balance for the order has been received. Reeba Rose will not take any responsibility for delay in delivery due to a delayed or late payment.

  • A deposit payment of 50% is required to secure a diary slot and begin any design work. This payment is non-refundable.

  • We will not begin any printing processes until we have had artwork approval and remaining balance from you. A PDF proof will be sent via email. Intricate care is taken to ensure all information is accurate and correct, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check layout, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved and signed off with type errors and subsequently printed, Reeba Rose will take no responsibility and will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required, they will be charged for in full. We would therefore encourage that you check spelling and wording of the wedding details form you fill out and the artwork thoroughly before signing off any artworks.

  • The colour that appears on your computer screen will differ slightly from printed colour copies, where possible we would advise you to print the artwork proofs out, which allows you to check layout and font sizes as well as colour, although please do be aware that the print quality and colours from standard printers will differ from when done professionally.

  • Reeba Rose cannot be held responsible for gaining copyright permission for the use of hymns, poems, readings or other material used in your wedding stationery. This is solely the client’s responsibility. please ensure that you have permission to use these materials and you indemnify Reeba Rose against any action brought against it for breach of a third party’s copyright.

All products remain the property of Reeba Rose until full payment has been received and cleared.

TIMEFRAMES

Each order is handmade entirely in-house, from design through to production and although orders may be completed before this, average minimum timeframes are as follows;

Bridal Party and Occasion Stationery - 4 weeks
Save the dates - 8 weeks
Invitations - 12 weeks
On the day stationery - 12 weeks

We require at least 6 weeks for print from receiving your remaining balance.

Should you require your stationery order before this time, a quick turn around fee will be applied.

DELIVERY

National orders will be sent via a ‘tracked delivery’ for small orders or via a courier for any larger orders and all invitation stationery. A signature will be required to confirm receipt of delivery. Mainland UK delivery charges for postage and packing are calculated by weight.

Please be aware that delivery charges are per parcel and not necessarily per order. Clients may also collect their orders from Reeba Rose free of charge. Once goods have been shipped, all risk of damage to or loss of product, become the clients responsibility. Reeba Rose will do their utmost to ensure that your stationery arrives to you in perfect condition; however, will not be held responsibility for any damages once it leaves the studio or during subsequent posting individual items (i.e when you post your invitations to your guests).

Postage quotes are based on a standard cover of £50.00 per parcel. Cover for the full items value is available upon request. If you would like to cover your items to the full value, please ask Reeba Rose for a quotation. Reeba Rose cannot be held liable for items that are damaged or lost in transit.

The client shall, upon delivery, examine the goods and shall promptly (within 48 hours of delivery) notify Reeba Rose in writing of any apparent damage, defect or shortage. If an error/fault is discovered, Reeba Rose must receive the original incorrect/faulty stationery before the amendments are made. Postage will be reimbursed if the error is that of Reeba Rose.
